Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Winehouse in the Gibbston Valley. This is approximately 25 minutes from central Queenstown and 10 minutes from Arrowtown. Frankton is 20 minutes away.

We are excited to celebrate our special day with you and would love for you to join us in dressing up for the occasion!

While the wedding will be a formal event, it’s not black tie. We kindly ask you to dress to match the day. As the ceremony will take place on grass, stiletto heels are not recommended.

Given the potential chilly temperatures in Queenstown over Autumn, a coat is advisable. We also suggest bringing some sunscreen – the days can be hot and sunny!

Buses will collect and drop off guests from three locations: Queenstown, Frankton and Arrowtown.

Queenstown buses depart at 2.15pm from the InterCity Bus Stop on Athol Street.

Frankton buses depart from 2.15pm with street location to be finalised based on the number of guests and their location.

Buses from Arrowtown will depart at 2.25 pm from Ramshaw Lane behind the Museum.

If you wish to drive to the wedding, there is plenty of on-site parking.

Buses will depart at 12:00 am.

Although we love your little ones, the wedding is an adults only evening (breastfeeding babies excluded). We thank you for making arrangements ahead of time

We have no expectations of gifts and we acknowledge many of you are travelling from far and wide to attend. The best gift you can give us is to join us in celebrating our special day. However, for those that wish to make a contribution, a contribution to our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated.
